Who we are
An introduction service
Garden Rooms Wicklow is an introduction service run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. When you send the form, your details go to one garden room company that covers your part of Wicklow. They look at the garden, price the job in writing, build the room and deal with you directly. We don't build garden rooms ourselves.
How we check facts
Every price on the site links to the page it came from and was read on 3 November 2026: a Wicklow garden room builder's own price list (East Coast Carpentry, Kilcoole), a supplier with a Wicklow showroom (Loghouse.ie), two more firms that cover Wicklow (Inovo and GardenRooms.ie) and one Irish price guide (Avant Money). We quote them as they're given, say when VAT isn't stated, and show the gaps. Planning rules come from S.I. 338 of 2026 as summarised by Dublin City Council and Fieldfisher, and from Wicklow County Council's own forms. Town figures are our sums from CSO Census 2022 Small Area Population Statistics; rainfall is our calculation from Met Éireann's 1991–2020 1 km grid. Where a number is our sum or multiplication, the page says so.
We don't publish reviews, ratings or response times, and we don't show photos of rooms we didn't build. The drawing of the garden room is ours.
